We can never take for granted the men and women who serve our communities and our nation day in and day out.

They are the ones who put their lives on the line, who serve with honor, and make sure that our neighborhoods are safe.

They are the ones who come to the scene and perform tremendous acts of heroism.

It’s important to recognize all of those who serve.

That’s why we have a 10 percent discount for men and women who serve in the military, the National Guard, police officers, firefighters, educators, and nurses.

It’s just a little way for us to say thank you for all that you do.

Inside Look: Blue Gill

Private 2nd tier cabin with lake views or Gravois Arm and an open cove.

This charming neat as a pin cabin resides on an open cove (1-mile marker of the Gravois Arm) and is sure to be a favorite retreat for many of our family vacationers. The property includes a shaded lot, patio and shared dock. This cabin is the guest house for the main home – Heron House. Rent the cabin by itself or in conjunction with the main home for larger family gatherings.

This lake front property is shaded with several full size trees. Guests enjoy relaxing on the patio, basking under the trees and watching the passing wildlife. You’ll also have access to the shoreline for swimming and fishing and taking advantage of the shared covered dock, swing and owner provided swim toys for the kids.

The 660 square foot cabin includes air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, DVD, gas grill, phone, all bedding, bath towels, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes an efficiency range, microwave, and refrigerator. Other features include weekly trash pick-up, and open parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Inside Look: Carriage House

Nestled between green trees and blue skies you’ll find the Carriage House. This home is the guesthouse to the current residents and offers two bedrooms one bathroom with walk-in shower, full kitchen, living room, and dining area. The home and the private property provide spectacular views of the lake’s main channel.

The open floor plans hosts a large living room with ceiling fans, an open kitchen with pantry access, and fantastic dining area for four. We Understand Accidents Happen

One of our priorities is to ensure you have peace of mind when you’re staying at one of our beautiful properties.

We understand that accidents happen — yes, even on vacation.

That’s why we offer a Security Deposit Protection that gives you up to $3,000 in accidental property damage coverage.

Prior to this Security Deposit Protection, we asked guests to make a security deposit payment that would be given back after their stay — if the post-stay inspection showed the property was in good order.  This security deposit would, at times, be in the hundreds of dollars and in a few cases over $1,000.

Now, with the new Security Deposit Protection, guests pay only $30 to cover any accidental damage up to $3,000.

This is just another upgrade that we’ve implemented to benefit you!
